You will advise clients on technical management topics such as IT strategy, governance, and security, while also supporting their career development through resume reviews, interview preparation, and negotiation strategies. This position allows you to set your own hours and rates while delivering high-quality virtual sessions.
What you'll do
- Guide professionals in IT strategy, governance, and infrastructure management
- Provide advice on IT project management and security practices
- Assist clients with resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile reviews
- Conduct interview preparation and networking strategy sessions
- Support clients in promotion strategies and salary negotiations
- Help freelancers and employees with ongoing skill building
- Host virtual coaching sessions with a structured approach
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience in IT management or leadership roles
- Prior experience in coaching or mentoring professionals
- Clear and structured approach to client development
- Ability to deliver high-quality, supportive virtual experiences
- Expertise in IT strategy, governance, and security domains
