As the operational leader for IT execution, you will translate strategy into delivered work and serve as the in-house Microsoft expert. You will own the architecture and security of Microsoft Entra ID, set standards for endpoint platforms like Intune and Jamf, and manage SaaS integrations.
This senior engineering role involves directing the IT Administrator, planning work, and handling complex technical escalations. You will support approximately 230 team members, ensuring robust identity governance, automation, and compliance with frameworks like CMMC Level 2 and SOC 2.
What you'll do
- Own Entra ID architecture, privileged access, and identity lifecycle automation
- Manage SSO, app registrations, and SCIM provisioning across Entra and Auth0
- Set technical standards for Intune, Jamf, and Datto RMM endpoint management
