Join SimSpace as an IT Systems & Support Engineer to co-own technology operations across a global infrastructure. This hands-on position blends daily employee support with systems engineering, focusing on endpoint management, SaaS administration, and process automation. You will work to improve reliability and reduce administrative overhead through scripting and integrations.
What you'll do
- Administer SaaS applications, license allocation, and access controls using Torii
- Manage endpoint configurations and security policies via Microsoft Intune and Addigy
- Support zero-touch provisioning through Autopilot and Apple Business Manager
- Design automated onboarding and offboarding workflows across HRIS and identity systems
- Develop scripts and REST API integrations using JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash
- Resolve complex software, identity, hardware, and network issues for end users
- Create and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and self-service guides
What you'll need
- Strong bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Addigy or Jamf Pro
- Experience with SaaS governance tools like Torii, BetterCloud, or Okta
- Ability to build automation using JavaScript/Node.js, PowerShell, or Bash
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis
Nice to have
- Experience managing identity and access controls using Terraform or GitOps
- Background integrating IT automation tools with HRIS platforms
- Certifications such as Addigy Certified Expert or Microsoft 365/Entra ID
