Join the company as an individual contributor responsible for keeping the IT environment secure and productive. You will execute onboarding, manage device fleets via MDM/RMM tools, and resolve technical issues while following established runbooks and standards set by the IT Operations Lead.

What you'll do

  • Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets for macOS and Windows users
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Atlassian suites
  • Manage identity tasks including MFA resets, Entra ID groups, and SSO access
