You will architect and maintain Tempo's corporate IT systems, treating infrastructure as software. The work involves automating identity lifecycles, managing macOS devices via Jamf Pro, and securing endpoints with SentinelOne. This hands-on engineering role replaces manual processes with scalable, code-driven solutions to support a high-growth crypto company.
What you'll do
- Automate full identity lifecycle from HRIS to Okta and SaaS applications
- Maintain SSO and SCIM integrations across the entire SaaS stack
- Manage Jamf Pro for enrollment, profiles, updates, and certificates
- Deploy and tune SentinelOne for endpoint security and alert triage
- Expand SIEM coverage using detection-as-code principles
- Implement infrastructure-as-code for IT tooling via Terraform
- Resolve complex identity and access escalations beyond first-line support
- Drive SOC 2 readiness with unified audit trails
What you'll need
- Four or more years of experience in IT engineering roles
- Hands-on Okta administration including SSO, SCIM, and Workflows
- Production experience with Jamf Pro and macOS-first environments
- Experience deploying and operating EDR platforms like SentinelOne
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and auth flows
- Experience with Git-based config management and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of DNS, PKI, ZTNA, and access control models
Nice to have
- Exposure to crypto security and hardware wallet workflows
- Experience with detection-as-code using Panther or Sigma
- Deep Apple platform knowledge including MDM internals and TCC
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF controls
- Experience building Slack bots or self-service internal tools
- Public open-source contributions to IT or security tooling
