Join the instructional team at Campus as an IT Teaching Assistant for live online courses. You will mentor students, grade assignments, and facilitate discussions to help learners stay engaged and succeed in technical subjects.
This position is ideal for aspiring educators or professionals with a technical background who want to support diverse student communities through remote instruction.
What you'll do
- Grade assignments for groups of 30-40 students
- Mentor and coach students on new skills
- Attend lectures and lead discussion sections
- Host weekly office hours for student support
- Respond to student messages in a timely manner
- Help students maintain motivation and academic habits
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field
- Experience teaching or training in technical subjects
- Comfort using online education tools and platforms
Nice to have
- Pursuing a graduate degree or working in tech
- Experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or software
- Previous online teaching or facilitation experience
- Willingness to teach multiple sections or quarters
