What you'll do
- Design and develop scalable solutions for high-volume environments
- Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture
- Implement production-ready solutions and proof of concepts
- Enhance deployment pipelines and automate testing processes
- Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing initiatives
- Integrate GenAI tools into daily coding and troubleshooting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on long-term tech direction
What you'll need
- 3+ years experience with Java, Spring, and web services
- 2+ years working with ETL processes or data pipelines
- 1+ years experience with CI/CD tools like Bamboo or Bitbucket
- 1+ years using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or PCF
- 1+ years experience with distributed databases like PostgreSQL
- Practical familiarity with GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
- Experience supporting IT transformation or system modernization
- Strong ability to document architecture and technical specs
Nice to have
- Experience with .NET technologies, C#, and Visual Studio
- Background in financial services or regulated industries
- Familiarity with messaging technologies like RabbitMQ
- Experience with Test-Driven Development practices
- Knowledge of agentic workflows and spec-driven development
