Join the team behind technology that powers critical moments in global sports, from instant replays to officiating systems. As a Junior Product Owner, you will bridge technical execution and operational excellence for next-generation live video capture and broadcast graphics.
You will work with software engineering, video infrastructure, and QA teams to deliver stable, high-performance systems used in live stadium and broadcast environments. This position offers coaching from senior leaders to help you grow into full product ownership.
What you'll do
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories
- Maintain a prioritized backlog based on data, value, and risk
- Define and coordinate QC activities including functional and regression testing
- Lead defect detection, triage, validation, and root cause investigations
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, TechOps, and UI/UX teams on scope
- Create documentation, runbooks, and training materials for live support
- Support live studio pilots and staged roll-outs during early-life phases
What you'll need
- 1–3 years of experience in a product-related or technical role
- Strong technical grounding to communicate with engineers and operators
- Proven experience coordinating QC/regression testing and defect resolution
- Basic understanding of video streaming, capture technology, or media formats
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle live environment ambiguity
- Proactive mindset for planning work and escalating risks appropriately
Nice to have
- Experience supporting product launches and creating technical documentation
- Exposure to stakeholder engagement and prioritization frameworks
- Experience with software and hardware in live broadcast or sports environments
