You will join Truelogic’s team to support a technology client focused on security and safety solutions. Your main task is maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing existing ColdFusion web applications while integrating modern front-end components and web services.
The role requires working with Adobe ColdFusion or Lucee, optimizing SQL databases, and participating in Agile ceremonies. You will collaborate with U.S. companies, ensuring code quality through peer reviews and accurate documentation.
What you'll do
- Maintain and debug existing ColdFusion web applications
- Write and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
- Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Resolve application bugs and production errors
- Support refactoring and migration of legacy systems
- Integrate RESTful and SOAP web services
- Participate in Agile stand-ups and sprint planning
- Use Git for version control and document technical work
- Contribute to peer code reviews
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience with ColdFusion, Adobe ColdFusion, or Lucee
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL optimization
- Experience integrating HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with CFML
- Ability to debug and maintain legacy codebases
- Understanding of web application architecture and sessions
- English proficiency for daily communication
- Junior: 1–2 years of ColdFusion experience
- Semi-Senior: 3–5 years of ColdFusion experience
