  • Operate and monitor AI SRE sub-agents for incident summarization and gap detection
  • Maintain Datadog monitors, dashboards, and SLO definitions as code via Terraform
  • Reduce alert noise using AI/ML-assisted anomaly detection and dynamic thresholds
  • Support reliability of AWS workloads including ECS, EKS, Lambda, and RDS
  • Identify capacity and cloud cost anomalies and attribute spend to teams
  • Write automation scripts in Python and Bash against platform APIs
  • Integrate reliability controls into CI/CD pipelines and create automated runbooks

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure
  • Advanced oral and written English proficiency is required
  • Hands-on exposure to AWS compute, networking, storage, and databases
  • Experience with at least one observability platform, preferably Datadog
  • Foundational understanding of SLI, SLO, and error-budget concepts
  • Knowledge of containers (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes) and serverless models
  • Beginner-to-intermediate experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
  • Scripting experience in Python or Bash, including REST API consumption
  • Basic Linux troubleshooting and networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS)
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
  • Understanding of incident management and on-call concepts

Nice to have

  • Experience in product engineering, enterprise software, or fintech
  • Awareness of compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, SOC 2, SOX, or GLBA
