You will define the content model for Docplanner’s product knowledge, ensuring facts are sourced directly from the codebase. Your work supports both customer-facing and doctor-facing AI assistants by creating a single, reliable structure for information.

The role requires auditing existing documentation, migrating useful content, and establishing processes to keep knowledge current with monthly releases. You will lead the transition from traditional article writing to fact-checking and review generated content quality.

What you'll do

  • Audit existing articles to decide whether to migrate, rewrite, or archive them
  • Train the team on fact-checking, reviewing generated content, and working with repositories
  • Design processes to capture non-code knowledge like market differences and UI wording
  • Coordinate with Product Experts and Help Center teams to maintain content accuracy
  • Establish triggers and alerts to update knowledge base entries after software releases

What you'll need

  • 4 to 7 years in technical writing, documentation engineering, or knowledge management
  • Comfortable using Git and GitHub to navigate large codebases and read pull requests
  • Experience designing content structures using Markdown, YAML, or JSON
  • Proven ability to teach teams new workflows and create effective working guides
  • Understanding of how AI assistants retrieve content and how to test their answers
