What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
- Participate in software architecture design decisions
- Implement and deploy cloud-native services
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams on features
- Integrate generative AI models and conversational agents
- Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and costs
- Automate processes using AI and modern development tools
- Conduct code reviews and define engineering best practices
What you'll need
- Advanced daily use of AI-assisted development tools
- Experience with Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools
- Solid experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go
- Knowledge of REST and/or GraphQL API design
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Skills in data modeling, query optimization, and migrations
- Experience deploying apps on AWS or DigitalOcean
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Knative, and Serverless
- Understanding of basic networking and load balancers
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs
- Technical English for documentation and communication
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Knowledge of agent orchestration tools like LangGraph
- Product thinking and autonomous work style
