As the technical anchor for the Frisbee consumer application, you will design and own backend services that orchestrate product behavior and user experience. The infrastructure is backend-driven, meaning mobile clients act as thin rendering layers interpreting data and configuration from your services.
You will partner closely with mobile engineering teams to define APIs, schemas, and data models. This role offers the opportunity to grow into broader technical leadership while making pragmatic architectural decisions in complex problem spaces.
What you'll do
- Design and own Rust-based microservices powering the Frisbee consumer experience
- Manage backend systems for business logic, feature flags, and UX configuration
- Define and maintain clean APIs and client-server contracts for iOS and Android
