You will design and implement intelligent automations and integrations to transform internal operations at ActAI. This position requires translating business needs into technical solutions, owning features from concept to production, and collaborating with various departments to solve ambiguous problems.
What you'll do

- Own end-to-end execution from idea to deployment
What you'll need
- Experience in backend, full-stack, or platform development
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of shipping production software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical staff
- Strong ownership mindset for ambiguous problems
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs and databases
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- Background in AI integrations or automation systems
