You will take technical ownership of complex products, balancing architecture decisions with hands-on implementation. The role requires designing scalable systems, reviewing code, and guiding engineers from idea to production while maintaining high standards for quality and reliability.
What you'll do
- Lead technical design and execution of major engineering initiatives
- Design scalable backend, frontend, API, and infrastructure systems
- Remain hands-on through coding, prototyping, and debugging
- Mentor engineers and strengthen overall team technical capability
- Monitor production systems and resolve root causes of incidents
- Improve engineering tooling and automation to boost velocity
What you'll need
- Strong background in building and shipping production systems
- Deep expertise in backend, frontend, or distributed systems
- Proven experience providing technical leadership to other engineers
- Ability to make architectural decisions for high-scale systems
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking full ownership
