As a Lead Engineer, you will balance architecture decisions with hands-on implementation, guiding the team to build scalable and reliable systems. What you'll do
- Lead technical design and execution of major products and features
- Design scalable backend, frontend, API, and infrastructure systems
- Remain hands-on with coding, prototyping, and debugging
- Make architecture decisions balancing speed and reliability
- Mentor engineers and review code to raise team standards
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to ship quality software
What you'll need
- Strong background in building and shipping production systems
- Deep expertise in backend, frontend, or distributed systems
- Proven experience leading major engineering projects
- Ability to explain complex technical decisions clearly
