As a Lead Engineer, you will take technical ownership of complex systems, guiding the team from idea to production. This position requires a leader who remains deeply involved in coding and architecture while elevating engineering standards across the organization.
What you'll do
- Lead technical design and execution for major products and initiatives
- Design scalable backend, frontend, API, and infrastructure systems
- Remain hands-on through coding, prototyping, and debugging
- Make architecture decisions balancing speed, reliability, and scale
- Mentor engineers and review code to raise team capability
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents proactively
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to ship high-quality features
What you'll need
- Strong background in building and shipping production systems
- Deep expertise in backend, frontend, or distributed systems
- Proven experience leading major engineering projects
- Ability to explain complex technical decisions clearly
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking full ownership
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
- Willingness to stay hands-on with code and reviews
