DoIT is reinventing personal finance by building accessible tools for spending, saving, and traveling. As a Lead Engineer, you will take technical ownership of complex products, balancing architecture decisions with hands-on implementation to raise the engineering bar across the team.
What you'll do
- Lead technical design and execution of major product initiatives
- Design scalable systems across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
- Remain hands-on through coding, prototyping, and debugging
- Mentor engineers and provide actionable code review feedback
- Identify technical risks and architectural weaknesses early
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to ship high-quality features
- Monitor production systems and resolve root causes of incidents
What you'll need
- Strong background in building and shipping production systems
- Deep expertise in backend, frontend, or distributed systems
- Proven experience leading major engineering projects
- Ability to make technical decisions for high-scale systems
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical choices
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Fluent English communication for global collaboration
