The team works globally to build accessible financial tools, leveraging AI to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. You will collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to ship high-quality solutions quickly.
What you'll do
- Lead technical design and execution for major products and engineering initiatives
- Design scalable and reliable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, and infrastructure
- Remain hands-on through coding, prototyping, debugging, and code reviews
- Mentor engineers and strengthen technical capabilities across the team
- Monitor production systems, investigate incidents, and resolve root causes
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver high-quality features
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with experience shipping production systems
- Deep expertise in backend, frontend, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure
- Proven experience providing technical leadership and leading major projects
- Ability to explain complex technical decisions and influence cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership from problem definition to release
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
