Truelogic seeks a Lead Front-end Engineer to guide a team in Buenos Aires, serving a digital agency that builds online experiences for major brands. You will define architecture, ensure code quality, and integrate AI tools into workflows while collaborating with design and product teams.
What you'll do
- Mentor and support the professional growth of the front-end team
- Define front-end architecture and engineering standards
- Conduct code reviews to ensure clean and performant JavaScript
- Integrate AI-powered coding assistants into development workflows
- Collaborate with design and product teams on accessible experiences
- Oversee technical delivery, testing strategies, and performance benchmarks
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of professional front-end development experience
- Proven track record in technical leadership or mentorship
- Advanced skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and component architecture
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools like Claude Code
- Strong project management and business alignment capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must currently reside in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Nice to have
- Experience with GSAP, Webpack, and automated testing tools
- Deep understanding of web accessibility and ARIA standards
- Background in creative agency environments
- Experience managing client-facing engineering teams
