Truelogic seeks a Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer to guide the technical direction of AI-driven applications for a digital-first agency. You will build scalable Python backend services and intuitive frontends while integrating LLM solutions and agentic workflows.
This hands-on leadership role involves mentoring developers, defining architecture, and collaborating with product teams to deliver high-impact software. You will work remotely with a global team serving US clients.
What you'll do
- Define high-level architecture for full-stack apps with AI integrations
- Build robust Python backend services and interactive frontend interfaces
- Design data pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations
- Mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices via code reviews
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to create technical roadmaps
- Advise stakeholders on emerging AI trends and web technologies
What you'll need
- 7+ years in software development with 2+ years in technical leadership
- Strong Python backend skills using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular and TypeScript
- Hands-on AI/LLM experience including RAG, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
- Proficiency in REST, GraphQL, and real-time API design
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing
- Knowledge of relational and vector databases
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
