Truelogic seeks a Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer to drive the technical direction of AI-powered applications for a world-class digital agency. You will make high-level architectural decisions, build scalable Python services, and develop intuitive user interfaces while integrating LLM-based solutions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who mentors developers, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and stays current with emerging AI trends to inform technical strategy.
What you'll do
- Lead technical direction and make high-level architectural decisions for full-stack AI apps
- Design robust backend services in Python and interactive frontends with modern frameworks
- Architect data processing pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations
- Mentor junior and senior developers and drive adoption of engineering best practices
- Partner with Product, Design, and QA to translate requirements into technical roadmaps
- Advise stakeholders on feasibility of latest AI trends like SLMs and Multimodal models
What you'll need
- 7+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in technical leadership
- Strong backend expertise in Python using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Modern frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular, preferably with TypeScript
- Hands-on AI/LLM experience including RAG patterns and LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Solid API design skills with REST, GraphQL, and real-time interfaces
- Experience with relational and vector databases
- Strong engineering practices including Git, CI/CD, containerization, and testing
