We are looking for an experienced Lead Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise Master Data Management solutions. You will leverage Informatica MDM, IDQ, and IDMC platforms to manage Golden Records, ensure data quality, and handle integrations.
The role demands strong expertise in Informatica MDM architecture and AWS-based solutions. You will provide technical leadership, support production environments, and coordinate delivery activities between onsite and offshore teams.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain Informatica MDM configurations including match rules and trust frameworks
- Configure source systems into the MDM ecosystem and support data migration
- Develop Informatica Data Quality solutions for cleansing and validation
- Implement inbound APIs, outbound events, and enterprise data exchange services
- Manage Golden Record creation, stewardship, and master data governance
- Build AWS-based data synchronization using DynamoDB and Snowflake
- Monitor platform health using Dynatrace, Kibana, and CloudWatch
- Support batch scheduling and incident response in a 24x7 environment
- Develop automated and performance testing solutions with JUnit and JMeter
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release management via GitHub
- Gather requirements and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders
- Act as onsite technical lead and coordinate with offshore teams
What you'll need
- 6-8 years experience in MDM, Data Integration, or Enterprise Data Platform
- Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM Multi-Domain
- Experience with Informatica Data Quality, IDMC, and PowerCenter
- Knowledge of API integration, messaging, and batch processing
- Experience with AWS services like DynamoDB and CloudWatch
- Familiarity with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms
- Strong SQL, data modeling, and data governance expertise
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and DevOps practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading onsite-offshore teams is preferred
