Join Welltech as the Lead of Growth Analytics to own the end-to-end experimentation engine and app funnel optimization. You will lead a dedicated team of analysts at the intersection of product monetization, user acquisition, and decision science.
Your work will directly impact over 25 million users of apps like Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit. You will establish rigorous testing frameworks and leverage AI-augmented workflows to maximize growth and customer lifetime value.
What you'll do
- Build, mentor, and direct a high-performing growth analytics team
- Own analytics for onboarding flows, paywalls, and conversion optimization
- Design and analyze pricing experiments to optimize ARPU and conversion
- Establish standardized experimentation methodologies and statistical boundaries
- Implement AI tools to accelerate data analysis and anomaly detection
- Synthesize experiment outcomes into actionable recommendations for executives
What you'll need
- Proven managerial experience leading growth or product analytics teams
- Deep hands-on experience with app funnel analysis and pricing mechanics
- Strong mastery of A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Strong hands-on SQL skills for independent data querying and modeling
- Experience with modern product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Looker
- Active use of AI/GenAI tools to automate daily analytics tasks
- Ability to translate complex statistical outcomes into clear commercial insights
Nice to have
- Direct experience with EPPO or similar experimentation platforms
- Familiarity with conversion APIs, server-side tracking, and MMPs
- Knowledge of geo-lift tests and causal inference methods
- Experience in high-growth mobile subscription apps
