We are seeking a Lead Product Analyst to direct all phases of insurance product-related projects. You will provide subject matter expertise, ensure robust regulatory compliance, and support product managers in defining vision and executing initiatives for ancillary offerings.
What you'll do
- Direct all phases of insurance product projects and provide consultation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Support product managers in developing roadmaps and launch plans
- Coordinate product management aspects across the entire organization
- Lead market and competitor analysis for strategic decision-making
- Oversee interrelated products from inception to market implementation
What you'll need
- 7 years of experience in product management or related field
- Background within the insurance industry is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or relevant field
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
Nice to have
- Experience working with Ancillary Products such as Dental and Vision
- Extensive understanding of product management methodologies in insurance
