Pragmatike is hiring a Lead Product Manager to define strategy and drive major initiatives for a fast-growing tech firm. You will lead cross-functional teams and help build a high-performing product organization focused on scalable infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Define product strategy across multiple areas
- Lead complex initiatives from discovery to scale
- Partner with executive leadership on priorities
- Build and communicate multi-year product vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in Product and Engineering
- Mentor and develop other product managers
- Establish product processes, metrics, and standards
- Drive major launches and strategic initiatives
- Identify new market and product opportunities
What you'll need
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Proven leadership across multiple initiatives
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking skills
- Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication
- Strong technical fluency
- Ability to build and improve product organizations
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML products
- Background in developer or infrastructure products
- Previous scale-up company experience
- Experience managing or mentoring PM teams
