Lead growth initiatives for Quora’s core product by managing the end-to-end user funnel. You will partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to build engaging experiences that expand reach and improve early retention. The role involves running high-velocity experiments and defining metrics to guide product strategy.
What you'll do
- Own the user growth funnel including acquisition, activation, and retention
- Build engaging experiences to expand reach to new demographics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality growth features
- Define objectives and metrics to measure success and guide prioritization
- Run structured experiments using quantitative and qualitative insights
- Analyze industry trends to identify new strategic growth levers
What you'll need
- Available for meetings during 9am-3pm Pacific Time, Mon-Fri
- 5+ years of combined experience in Product Management
- Proven track record driving user growth on consumer products
- Strong ability to use data for decision making and experimentation
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences
- Foundation in user research and design principles
Nice to have
- Experience with user-generated content platforms or marketplaces
- Knowledge of SEO as an acquisition channel for UGC products
- BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
