As a Lead UX/UI Designer at JustPlay, you will elevate the product design function for a platform used by millions. Your focus will be on content discovery, player motivation, and engagement design, leveraging expertise in gamification to drive retention.
You will coach and mentor designers while integrating AI tools to improve operational efficiency. Working with cross-functional partners, you will deliver bold long-term ideas and immediate improvements that balance player delight with business growth.
What you'll do
- Lead user experience from conception to launch for a top entertainment app
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of product designers across iOS, Android, and web
- Champion product design throughout the organization and establish design-led practices
- Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for the JustPlay app
- Build and evolve the company's design guidelines and design system
- Partner with product managers and engineers to develop solutions within technical constraints
- Integrate AI-assisted design tools to streamline creative workflows and improve velocity
- Transform research insights and analytics into actionable design concepts
What you'll need
- 5+ years’ experience leading a mobile product design team
- Experience in entertainment or gaming industries is ideal
- Proven track record in scaling or refining established design teams and processes
- Portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work
- Expertise in gamification and user engagement strategies
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to craft
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Background in loyalty or rewards platforms
- Direct experience in mobile gaming
- Deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and the advertising landscape
