You will own product development for foundational systems that power Welltech’s suite of wellness applications. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will define reusable features like identity and personalization to enable faster innovation across all apps.
The role involves managing a small product team and collaborating closely with marketing and engineering leaders. You will prototype ideas using AI tools and run experiments to improve user activation and retention metrics.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding and activation experiences across three major apps
- Define shared capabilities like personalization as reusable foundations
- Design and run experiments to improve activation and reactivation rates
- Reimagine content discovery with modular, quick-access experiences
- Mentor a small product team and align with marketing and engineering
- Build working prototypes independently using AI tools where helpful
What you'll need
- Proven track record scaling direct-to-consumer mobile-first products
- Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams
- History of shipping features that measurably improved retention
- Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable using AI tools to prototype concepts quickly
- Background in scale-up or startup environments with fast pace
