As a Lead Software Engineer, you will own the technical execution of major products, designing scalable systems across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role involves coding, architecture decisions, and mentoring engineers in a global, distributed team.
What you'll do
- Own technical design and execution for major products and systems
- Design scalable backend, frontend, API, and database architectures
- Write code, prototype features, and conduct code reviews
- Drive architecture decisions balancing speed, cost, and reliability
- Translate ambiguous product problems into clear technical plans
- Mentor engineers and raise overall engineering quality standards
What you'll need
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
- Deep expertise in backend, frontend, or distributed systems
- Strong system design skills for high-scale applications
- Proven ability to remain hands-on with coding tasks
- Track record of leading engineering projects from design to launch
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
