This hands-on leadership role involves designing scalable systems, writing code, and mentoring engineers. You will translate ambiguous product needs into clear technical solutions while raising engineering standards across the organization.
What you'll do
- Own technical design and execution for major products and systems
- Design scalable backend, frontend, API, and infrastructure solutions
- Write code, conduct reviews, and solve production problems
- Drive architecture decisions balancing speed, cost, and reliability
- Translate ambiguous product problems into technical plans
- Mentor engineers and lead critical technical initiatives
What you'll need
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in backend, frontend, or distributed systems
- Strong system design skills for high-scale applications
- Proven ability to remain hands-on with coding
- Track record of leading projects from design to production
- Strong English communication skills
