As a Lead Engineer, you are embedded full-time in one of these profitable businesses to introduce Beacon's engineering model. You will drive technical strategy, improve development processes, and mentor the current team while remaining hands-on with code.
What you'll do
- Write production code daily and ship features to customers frequently
- Modernize the SDLC with CI, testing, staging, and feature flags
