Dave is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to guide new financial products from concept to market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Risk, and Compliance to execute complex roadmaps.
This position focuses on ambiguous, early-stage initiatives requiring strong technical fluency and strategic planning. You will build frameworks for experimentation and launch readiness while balancing speed with reliability.
What you'll do
- Lead new product programs from discovery through launch and scale
- Translate product strategy into executable technical roadmaps
- Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, and Legal
- Build frameworks for launch experimentation and data analysis
- Identify technical dependencies and mitigate operational risks
- Balance speed to market with system reliability and scalability
What you'll need
- 8+ years leading complex technical programs and product launches
- Strong fluency in mobile apps, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience managing ambiguity and evolving product requirements
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
- Excellent communication skills for technical and regulatory topics
Nice to have
- Fintech experience in banking, payments, or lending
- Background launching regulated financial products
- Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, FullStory, Looker, Snowflake, GCP
