10x Team seeks experienced Lean / Six Sigma Black Belts to enhance advanced AI models. You will apply your process improvement knowledge to evaluate and refine AI-generated content, ensuring accuracy in operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
- Review and refine AI outputs on Lean methodology and Six Sigma practices
- Evaluate accuracy of AI recommendations for waste reduction and workflow optimization
- Develop real-world scenarios and case studies from professional experience
- Generate scenario variations addressing industry best practices and risk mitigation
- Identify gaps or inaccuracies in AI content and provide structured feedback
- Guide AI systems to better interpret and apply process improvement principles
What you'll need
- Certified Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt with hands-on expertise
- Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Based in the EU or UK
- Deep familiarity with Lean principles and operational excellence standards
- Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to give constructive feedback
- Available 8-20 hours per week for remote, asynchronous collaboration
