You will partner with teams across Talkiatry to develop courses that support the growth of psychiatrists, therapists, and corporate employees. Your work aims to improve organizational efficiency and care delivery by ensuring staff have the necessary knowledge and tools.
What you'll do
- Facilitate new clinician orientation for psychiatrists and therapists
- Develop content for live workshops and eLearning modules
- Implement cohort experiences focused on leadership and DEI
- Collaborate with corporate and clinical teams on learning materials
- Contribute to the overall L&D team strategy and development
What you'll need
- Two years of experience developing courses for adult learners
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and virtual collaboration tools
- Experience managing content within a learning management system
- Experience using instructional design software
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Strong communication skills for diverse educational backgrounds

- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
