The company builds an AI-powered Human Risk Management platform used by thousands of organizations. You will leverage generative AI and modern authoring tools to produce high-quality, mobile-first learning experiences independently.
What you'll do
- Research, outline, develop, and QA courses on leadership topics
- Write learner-centered content based on credible research
- Apply scenario-based design for interpersonal skills training
- Maintain consistent voice across a multi-course library
- Create persona-specific courses for different management levels
What you'll need
- Experience creating training content without dedicated SMEs
- Ability to turn complex concepts into digital LMS courses
- Proficiency with AI-powered authoring tools like Articulate Rise
- Strong instructional design and written communication skills
- Comfort writing about sensitive topics like layoffs or conflict
- Experience using Generative AI tools such as Claude or Gemini
Nice to have
- Background in HR, org development, or people management
- Experience designing persona-based course tracks
- History of building large course libraries rather than one-offs
- Prior work on leadership or professional skills training
