What you'll do
- Develop and QA workplace safety courses covering OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards
- Translate regulatory requirements into engaging digital training materials
- Ensure content meets OSHA training mandates and documentation standards
- Design accessible courses for frontline workers, supervisors, and managers
- Monitor regulatory changes and update courses to maintain compliance
What you'll need
- Proven experience creating workplace safety or EHS training content
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and training mandates
- Ability to translate regulations into relatable e-learning formats
- Experience with AI-powered authoring tools like Articulate Rise
- Proficiency with Generative AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Strong written communication and instructional design skills
Nice to have
- Active OSHA Outreach Trainer authorization (10-hour or 30-hour)
- Familiarity with state-plan OSHA programs and federal divergences
- Experience in high-hazard industries like construction or manufacturing
- Background in broader EHS management or environmental compliance
- Current Certified Instructional Trainer certification from BCSP
