Legora is an AI-native workspace trusted by over 2,100 customers worldwide, including top-tier law firms and corporate legal departments. As a Legal Engineer, you will act as a strategic partner to clients, helping them navigate the shift toward AI-driven legal workflows.
You will bridge the gap between legal professionals and technical teams, ensuring successful platform adoption from pilot stages to full-firm implementation. This position requires a unique mix of legal background, product savvy, and client-facing skills to drive value and inform the company's roadmap.
What you'll do
- Act as a thought partner to clients to identify scaling opportunities
- Own client relationships from pilot execution to full adoption
- Translate user insights into product roadmap priorities
- Deliver confident product demos and training sessions
- Document best practices and create scalable playbooks
- Guide clients on evaluating ROI and impact of AI tools
What you'll need
- Background in law with top-tier firm or in-house experience
- Tech-curious and comfortable discussing generative AI
- Ability to translate between lawyers and engineers
- Proactive and self-directed in managing multiple clients
- Skilled at bringing structure to ambiguous situations
- Focus on quality and continuous improvement over perfectionism
