As a Licensed Service Advisor at Trellis, you will serve as a trusted partner for policyholders, managing complex service needs from billing inquiries to policy rewrites. You will combine technical insurance knowledge with consultative sales skills to retain customers and identify growth opportunities across various carrier platforms.
What you'll do
- Provide support to policyholders via phone, email, and SMS channels
- Manage renewals and identify at-risk accounts to prevent churn
- Quote and bind additional coverage lines through consultative selling
- Analyze policies and endorsements to ensure compliant decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Operations for smooth handoffs
- Utilize CRM tools and carrier portals to maintain accurate records
What you'll need
- Hold active Property and Casualty license in at least 10 states
- Possess 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience
- Demonstrate success in retention, rewriting, and cross-selling
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and empathetically
- Navigate multiple carrier systems and CRMs with proficiency
- Work independently with strong organizational and detail skills

How you'll work
- Remote position open to most US states
- Operations run 7 days a week
- Weekday hours are 9 AM to 9 PM ET
- Weekend hours are 9 AM to 6 PM ET
- Schedule is Mon-Fri or Sun-Thurs
- At least one closing shift per week required

- Base salary starting at $52,500
- Uncapped 4% commission on total written premiums
