What you'll do
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid population
- Conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies
- Craft effective and personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals
- Maintain a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office environment
What you'll need
- Valid LLMSW license in good standing in the state
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish or additional languages
- Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
