Join the Infrastructure Monitoring team at Hostinger to support a global hosting infrastructure serving millions of clients. You will monitor physical and virtual servers, manage data-center networking, and ensure service reliability through proactive alerting and incident resolution.
The team operates across Indonesia, Kaunas, and Vilnius, requiring close collaboration and handovers to maintain continuous coverage. You will work alongside system, software, and network engineers to automate processes and harden infrastructure security.
What you'll do
- Monitor physical and virtual servers across a large hosting infrastructure
- Manage end-to-end incident response, resolution, and post-mortems
- Configure and tune alerting systems using Prometheus and Alertmanager
- Automate and harden infrastructure using Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform
- Coordinate shift handovers with teams in Kaunas and Vilnius
- Troubleshoot data-center-level networking issues
What you'll need
- Solid experience in Linux system administration for physical and virtual servers
- Proven track record in incident management and technical communication
- Proficiency with Prometheus and Alertmanager for metrics and alerting
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data-center networking problems
- Strong written communication skills for documenting technical processes
- Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback actively
