You will manage a portfolio of Life Science accounts, overseeing project execution from start to finish. Your focus includes meeting SLAs, managing resources, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality localized content.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end project workflows for Life Science accounts
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Delegate administrative tasks to Production Coordinators and interns
- Perform risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor linguistic assets like translation memories and style guides
- Handle invoicing, payments, and accurate system data entry
- Train supporting resources on production processes and methodology
- Raise support tickets for production blockers via Jira
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Experience in clinical trials localization is preferred
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
