What you'll do
- Review AI outputs on deal sourcing, due diligence, and valuation
- Evaluate responses for realism and direct applicability
- Draft realistic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios
- Create alternative perspectives for buyers, sellers, or advisors
- Identify logical gaps and impractical assumptions in content
What you'll need
- Senior-level M&A consultant or deal advisor background
- Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- Several years of hands-on deal execution experience
- Able to spot flawed assumptions in M&A scenarios
- Comfortable working independently with clear feedback
- Available for 8 to 20 hours per week immediately
