Join the Lead Ads team at TikTok to help drive global monetization through efficient lead ad delivery. You will work on large-scale advertising systems, focusing on personalization and innovation in online advertising technologies.
The role involves developing and iterating ads algorithms, improving NLP capabilities, and enhancing model estimation accuracy. You will collaborate with product teams to define strategies and features for the platform.
What you'll do
- Optimize relevance models and strategies including semantic matching
- Develop and iterate ads algorithms using machine learning techniques
- Improve NLP capabilities such as query classification and NER
- Enhance CTR and CVR model estimation accuracy and feature engineering
- Research and develop ads pacing algorithms and traffic control methods
- Partner with product managers to define product strategy and features
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
- Solid programming skills in Go, C/C++, and Python
- Familiarity with basic data structures, algorithms, and Linux
- Strong analytical thinking and essential knowledge of statistics
- Theoretical grounding in machine and deep learning concepts like CNN/RNN
- Experience with at least one ML framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
