Join the Personalization team at Constructor, an AI-first ecommerce search platform. You will design, deliver, and maintain high-load real-time services that personalize shopping experiences for hundreds of millions of users. Collaboration with the Ranking team and other engineers is central to this role.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain high-load real-time personalization services
- Improve personalized experiences across various products and platforms
- Validate hypotheses to enhance business KPIs through personalization
- Research new approaches to optimize business outcomes
- Model user interactions to improve shopper experience
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners on capabilities
What you'll need
- 3+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, and big data stack for ML development
- Experience building and maintaining personalization or ranking systems in production
- Experience with design and analysis of A/B tests
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate in cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Experience with major public cloud platforms
- Strong skills in communicating business value to stakeholders
