Join Bree as a Machine Learning Engineer to develop high-impact AI solutions that power critical financial decisions. You will design, deploy, and optimize machine learning pipelines while ensuring efficiency in training and inference. Your work will directly support the company's mission to provide transparent, user-first financial services to Canadians.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines for training and inference
- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, versioning, and monitoring
- Optimize models through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning
- Process structured and unstructured data using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL
- Build modular, reusable, and production-ready machine learning models
- Collaborate with data engineers to create high-performance data pipelines
- Deploy and manage models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitor model performance with bias detection and explainability techniques
What you'll need
- Proficient in Python with experience in Scikit-learn, LightGBM, and PyTorch
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
- Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of cloud-based ML deployment and infrastructure management
- Ability to implement efficient real-time and batch inference pipelines
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Eagerness to refine ML processes in a fast-paced environment
