Join the Repair and Maintenance Team at Raytheon’s APEX Building Manufacturing Factories. You will maintain and troubleshoot automated semiconductor and SMT assembly equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
The position requires working the second shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. You will collaborate with production personnel and engineering teams while adhering to strict safety guidelines.
What you'll do
- Repair, maintain, and calibrate SMT and semiconductor assembly equipment
- Execute preventative maintenance and calibration procedures
- Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems using schematics and manuals
- Support equipment moves and setups following EHS safety guidelines
- Collaborate with factory production and engineering teams
- Work independently or within the team structure during assigned shifts
What you'll need
- AA/AS degree or 2-year post-high school training
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read electrical schematics to board level
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for contract access
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and web browsers
Nice to have
- AA degree in Electronics
- Familiarity with ESD Control Programs
- Experience in Class 100 to 100K clean room environments
- EHS certifications for electrical safety or radiation exposure
- Strong oral and written communication skills
