You will join the Quality and Clinical App Enablement team to oversee daily EHR integrations and clinical data operations. This position blends technical expertise in data feeds with direct engagement with provider practices to optimize workflows and maintain data integrity within the Vytalize platform.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Applications Specialists
- Act as subject matter expert for EHR systems and issue resolution
- Oversee clinical data integration and vendor coordination
- Identify and fix data gaps with engineering and partners
- Manage QRDA I file acquisition, validation, and submission
- Guide EHR workflow optimization at partner practices
- Collaborate on clinical application implementation strategies
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
- 4-5 years in healthcare data or EHR operations
- Hands-on experience with EHR integrations and troubleshooting
- Experience working directly with provider practices
- Knowledge of Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with ACO programs like MSSP or Medicare Advantage
- Understanding of HL7, FHIR, CCD-A, and QRDA I standards
- Prior experience in team leadership or mentorship
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud environments like Databricks or Azure
- Familiarity with standardized clinical data frameworks
- SQL proficiency for data querying and validation
- Knowledge of clinical workflow analysis techniques
