Lead two subteams of data engineers embedded with Finance and Business Platforms. You will ensure revenue models are auditable and resilient while driving predictive capabilities for financial impact analysis. This position combines technical leadership in data architecture with people management responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Durable datasets for requests, projects, pros, and customers
- Partner with Finance on reconcilable and auditable revenue models
- Align engineering roadmap with Supply Acquisition priorities
- Improve pipeline reliability via testing, CI, and anomaly detection
- Hire and develop mid-level and senior data engineers
- Set engineering standards for review, testing, and scope
- Make and defend technical modeling and architecture decisions
What you'll need
- At least 2 years managing engineers or tech lead experience
- 6+ years building production data or software systems
- Deep SQL skills and comfort with Python
- Expertise in dimensional and event data modeling
- Experience owning shared datasets with strict testing contracts
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into models
- Strong written communication and collaboration skills
