Lead the daily management of Managed Service Provider resources supporting Azure Data Lake pipelines. You will ensure platform stability through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and strict adherence to service level agreements.
The position involves governing operational documentation and serving as the primary escalation point for technical issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate platform insights into actionable improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage Managed Service Provider resources across multiple time zones
- Monitor Azure Data Lake pipelines and handle operational support activities
- Ensure platform reliability through proactive monitoring and incident response
- Track operational metrics to meet SLAs and drive corrective actions
- Maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation
- Serve as primary escalation point for operational issues
- Communicate platform performance and risks to stakeholders
What you'll need
- At least five years of recent data operations management experience
- Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
- Familiarity with Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
- Understanding of Generative and Agentic AI concepts
- Experience leading MSP teams in global settings
- Proven track record of meeting SLAs and performance metrics
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
